When will I receive my order?

Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped to you within 5-7 business days. If you need your order earlier or for a future date, no problem! Just email us at INFO@COOKIELUSHDESIGNS.COM

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Technically we do not however, we can ship to active duty military stationed overseas at APO, FPO and DPO.

How long will the cookies last?

Sugar cookies will stay fresh for a few weeks at room temperature and for up to 6 months if placed in a freezer. To defrost a cookie, leave out to thaw at room temperature. Please don't try to microwave decorated cookies. It will ruin the icing.

I'm not sure if my credit card payment was successful

You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been successfully processed. If you have yet to receive confirmation, please email us.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, we will email the tracking number for your order. When submitting your shipping address, please be sure to provide the correct information. All orders are shipped via USPS. Rush orders may be shipped via FedEx.

How are the cookies shipped?

Each cookie is individually wrapped and boxed to help ensure your order arrives safely to its destination.
